How AI usage billing works

Claude AI is built into every seat. Skip the $20–$200/month Claude subscription & pay only for what your team actually uses. Heavy month or light month, your bill matches usage not a set AI subscription fee.

  • Your plan price (Multiply Pro / Multiply Scale Bundle) is billed monthly like normal.
  • AI usage (insights, coach, goal-coach, recordings) is metered and invoiced every 2 weeks on Friday — a separate, automatic charge against the same card.
  • You set a monthly maximum (default $200). When your team hits 100% in a calendar month, AI features pause until the month rolls over. Biweekly invoices total up to that monthly maximum. Raise, lower, or disable the cap any time from Settings → Billing.
